COVID-19

In Japan people are requested to wear a musk in public. Please wear your musk when you are in the meeting venue and public transportations.

Registration

You should receive the name card as an participant of EANAM9 on the first day at the front desk. You should also receive a banquet ticket if you paid for it.

Wireless Internet Connection

The internet connection speed is very slow at the venue . Thus, wireless connection will possibly be provided only for breaks and poster presentations.

Online Participation

Online participants can join the meeting via Zoom. The connection detail is given by e-mail.

Oral Presentation

You can use your laptop PC. We will shoot the screen using the external camera in the back of the conference room. Thus, you don’t have to login to the Zoom address shown above to show your display to online participants. We will possibly change this policy depending on the actual availability of wired internet connection. The recommended aspect ratio of the presentation slide is 16:9.

Poster Presentation

We will post your poster on EANAM9 website during the meeting. According to the instruction sent individually, please upload a pdf file for your poster presentation and a few slides in pdf for 1-minute poster flash talk by September 25. If you come to Okinawa physically, you may also bring your poster printed in the portrait (width is 115cm and height is 175cm). We will organize 1-minute poster flush talk in the afternoon of the first day. You can use a specific break-out room in the Zoom connection we will provide during the meeting.

Lunch

We do not provide a lunch for you. But you can easily find many restaurants in the street in front of the venue.

Welcome Attraction (Sep 26 Mon, ~19:00)

In the evening of the first day (Sep 26) we organize a welcome attraction in the venue. You may possibly finish dinner before it. The attraction will start at ~19:00 with duration of 15-20 minutes. You may bring some drinks.

Banquet (Sep 29 Thu, 17:15-19:30)

Please go to the meeting point by yourself. We will provide a walking guide for you to go to the port. We will start walking at 16:20 from the venue. You should also report your age to the registration desk, which is requested from the company.
